How can I find a mentor or someone looking for a mentor?

You can find a mentor or someone who is looking for a mentor through Your network or Search.

To find someone through Your network:

1. Sign into Open Opportunities.
2. Go to your profile.
3. Click Your network tab.
4. Click Search people.
5. Go to the filters on the right side of the page.
6. Select Willing to mentor if you’re looking for a mentor.
7. Select Looking for a mentor if you’re looking for a mentee or someone who wants to mentor.
8. Review your search results and click a name to see their profile and connect with them.

To find someone through Search:

1. Sign into Open Opportunities.
2. Click Search.
3. Go to the Networking tab.
4. Go to the filters on the right side of the page.
5. Select Willing to mentor if you’re looking for a mentor.
6. Select Looking for a mentor if you’re looking for a mentor or someone who wants a mentor.
