Updated the email notifications.
Updated skills engine to display more skill selections and create monthly exports of skills data.
Added a Select date field for applicants to show when an applicant was selected for an opportunity.
Started tracking the Select date for applicants who are selected for an opportunity.

Bug fixes

Fixed 508 compliance issues with the profile and community administration settings.
